A Pain-Free Smile

The Irving Dental Center had a 9-year-old Irving child come into the clinic with a lot of dental decay and a lot of pain. The clinic provided X-rays, cleanings, stainless steel crowns and a few fillings. After all of this dental work, he is doing much better now and is out of pain. This would not have been possible without the gifts provided by generous friends of IHF to support the Irving Dental Center.

Dental health is inextricably linked to overall medical health.
For example, did you know that the same bacteria found in tooth decay also can be found in hearts that have been affected by cardiac disease?
Irving Healthcare Foundation asks donors for tax-deductible gifts to help the Irving Dental Center (located inside the Irving Health Center operated by Parkland Health & Hospital System) treat both children and senior citizens. Qualifying dental patients receive an average of three dental visits in order to restore baseline dental health...and then receive follow up care to keep good oral health.
A gift of any amount helps us reach our annual goal of $16,500 to provide dental care to children and seniors.
