TexasFest 2013 with its "Boots and Bling" theme raised $300,000 on April 27, putting a 34-year total for this gala at more than $10 million. Congratulations Chairwoman Lisa Wall Watkins and the other 40 gala chairs through the years!

Headliner talent Lorrie Morgan wowed the crowd...and dinner-hour entertainment The Byron Dowd Band instantly became a TexasFest favorite. Irving Healthcare Foundation makes people healthier by awarding funds raised and encouraging volunteer service to local nonprofit healthcare organizations in Irving, Texas.

Much like a university's Central Development Office raises funds for multiple colleges, IHF raises funds for multiple nonprofit health agencies. All the funds raised are used in Irving and community-specific stewardship is provided to donors in appreciation for their gifts.
